A simple yet often overlooked tweak

Today, I want to offer you an easy tweak that can drastically enhance the chances of reaching your goal when used carefully.

I'm talking about prompts, which are also called triggers or more generally, reminders.

The basic idea is to have something to repeatedly remind you to take the actions you've committed to each day or week and move you towards reaching your goal.

Not having a prompt, we are very likely to forget to take any action, and quite possibly let days go by before we even remember we set a new goal. It's easy to do when life gets chaotic and busy.

The remedy of course is to do something simple and quick: For each goal, set up a reminder to take the actions you've planned to take.
